site includes movie clips of lift and carry scenes mostly from Asian
movies and TV episodes. We have collected several hundred clips
to date and would share with you via this platform. The quantity
of our collection is still increasing with time over to keep this
site running as long as possible. We would sincerely welcome you
to join us and believe all lift & carry fans will have fun from
our site. |

Help
1. Different movie files might
have different formats. Please make sure you are using the correct
media player in accordance with the following instructions:
For .mov files, use Quicktime
Player.For .mpg files, use Windows
Media Player.For .rmvb or .rm files, use RealPayer.For
.avi files, use DivX
or Windows
Media Player.
Please note£¬especially
for macintosch users, all sets in the members areas are rar zip
files. Therefore, you need to download WinRAR £¨for Windows
users£©or RAR 3.50 for MacOS X (for Macintosch users) at
http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm and use the above
tool software to unzip the rar files.
2. Sometimes while opening a
web page on this site, you might find that it is moving very slowly
or some images are not showing up, e.g. the images are just shown
as a small box with a red fork in it. Basically this is not the
problem of our website, but probably caused by the heavy traffic
or abnormality of the network you are using. You may try to click
Refresh button or visit the site later.
